Return & Refund Policy

At Ella Rose Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.


1. Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be submitted after you have physically received your item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Items purchased with the intention of trying multiple sizes and returning most items are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

  • Submit your return request by contacting info.ellaroseco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • You will receive instructions with the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is delivered safely.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping information and use trackable shipping for returns.
